submitted by Michelle K. - |Recommended: YesScenic Station 2020-2021 — Pros Overall this apartment complex is one of the better ones in Springfield. The price point for a 2 bed 2 bath with the layout is AMAZING The rooms are pretty equal sizes and the closets bathrooms equal out between the two rooms. Cons The parking is not very good. I wish they had a section dedicated to motorcycles scooters and also for guests. Or the option to rent parking spaces like some others do

submitted by Gina L. - |Recommended: YesOverall... Great — I like living here. The neighbors are friendly and so is the staff. However, there never seems to be enough parking. Also there have been a few days were the stairs get icing due to the weather. I think they could get salted more.

We encourage our residents to have their guest park away from the buildings so there is enough room We are working on the salt issue with all the weather coming on top of each other. submitted by Ashleigh M. - |Recommended: YesNice clean apartments, bad parking and security. — It is clean and nice here but the parking is horrible. If you do not get home and stay home before 5 o'clock you will have to park far away from your apartment. I love my apartment itself but the parking lot is a whole different story. Also make sure you lock your vehicle and keep nothing worth anything in it even if you are parked right in front of your apartment. The neighbors and managers are generally great people.

submitted by Melisa C. - |Recommended: YesYou couldn't ask for a better manager than Mrs. CINDY, — The truth is I love it here you guy's are awesome and I have just one thing to say is that PLEASE STOP RAISING RENT your forcing me and my family to have to move out , we love it here and we look at this being our home. But its to the point where we can't pay rent y'all want to keep raising the cost. We all think that's to high for here, it would be different if we had more amenities, other then that you guy's are great,,

submitted by Micalah R. - |Recommended: YesI think this property is very nice. — I would tell them that it is great living at Scenic Station Apartments, I don't have any noisy neighbors thus far and usually feel safe going for walk or runs around the area of the apartment.
